Ami Neiberger-Miller enjoyed writing this cover story article on revolutionizing food service at Forest Home Ministries for the Christian Camp & Conference Association’s InSite magazine  in its March/April 2008 edition. Listening to guests and improving quality of the dining experience and food served, helped the camp provide a higher level of service.
